Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy


A deposit(*) of 50% (total amount of your adventure before taxes) is required to confirm a fishing adventure reservation. The balance is to be paid on the day of the adventure. The deposit may be used to cover any charges, damages and interest incurred by NaturAventur in the preparation of the adventure and may be reimbursed according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellation with 16 to 21 days prior notice : 25% of deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation with 8 to 15 days prior notice : 50% of deposit non-refundable.
  • Cancellation with 7 or fewer days prior notice : entire deposit non-refundable.

Any modifications in the number of participants must be notified 48 hours prior to the start of the event in order to be reflected in the final billing. Final billing will reflect the greater of the number of participants as of 48 hours prior to the start of the event or the number of participants at the time of the event.

In the event of a cancellation by NaturAventur prior to the start of the adventure, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Prices and Discounts Policy

We will honour the lowest sticker price or advertised price on all our products.  With our lowest price guarantee, NaturAventur will match the proof of delivered price offered by any other Canadian retailer for the identical product
 - AND IN ADDITION  - we will offer you a 5% discount to the price of that product for your research effort. So why shop anywhere else.....

Product and Merchandise Return Policy


NaturAventur's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 10 days after purchase or delivery, we'll refund your money or exchange any item (exceptions shown below).

Simply contact us if you intend returning the merchandise by mail please call us at the following telephone number 1-819-425-4216 or send us an e-mail with the details of your return before you send any merchandise back to us. Please send the package Canada Post or US Parcel Postal Service or UPS ground with a tracking number.

For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Product must be in new condition, complete with all accessories, and in the original packaging with any warranty, instructions or other paperwork included. Any return not meeting these requirements is subject to a re-stocking fee to be determined at the discretion of NaturAventur's management.

If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call us or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.              

Return charges

Original Shipping Charges or $5.95 minimum will be charged for all Returned & Exchanged items. Plus, any item returned after 10 days of delivery will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
You will not be charged the $5.95 if you are returning defective merchandise.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.


We do not accept returns for the following items:


Float tubes, waders and boots showing any sign of use or wear, flies, leaders, tippets, selected fishing accessories, special order items,  demo items,  used equipment sales, clearance & closeout Items.



Guarantee and Warranty Policy


Most of NaturAventur’s products and merchandise are backed by a manufacturer's guarantee or warranty against manufacturing defects. 

Where applicable, we will honour the manufacturer's guarantee and warranty product exchange policy.  In order to receive a refund or exchange allowance associated with a manufacturer guarantee or warranty, you must notify us within 10 days after purchase or delivery of the product by telephone, fax or e-mail that you will be returning an item. All returned items must be new and not used and in the original packaging with all associated labels and printed material as well as a copy of the receipt.

We can provide all warranty information for each manufacture's product we sell and you will be directed to the specific manufacture for all warranty work. We can assist you in working with a manufacturer on the warranty work for any of the products and merchandise we sell on a cost-recovery basis.

Exceptions and limitations to the manufacturer guarantee and warranty policy may apply to certain products such as flies, leaders, tippets, accessories, demo products and items, used equipment sales, books and videos. Please enquire at the time of purchase.
